Pipe Φ 10 x 1.1 mm which contains a special additive which doubles the thermal conductivity of the pipes.
The new pipe was the result of three years of research by Interplast in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from whose report we mention some of the characteristics of the pipes and the results during their use:
• Increase in the mechanical strength of the pipes compared to the conventional ones.
• Increase in modulus of elasticity by 10%.
• Increase in yield stress by 10%.
• Excellent homogenization of the material.
• Reduction of the phenomenon of "idleness" when starting the systems.
• More economical operation of the facilities due to twice the thermal conductivity of the pipes.
