Interplast with perpetual passion for innovation improvements the already awarded Aqua Plus system, constructing industrially the pre-insulation piping networks for plumbing. The new system, designed for indoor, outdoor and underground installations, offers certified energy savings, durability over time, remaining unaffected by the mechanical loads, unaffected by the humidity and the sun radiation (UV). The new system exceeds the conventional insulation requirements and offers smaller linear expansion.
The Pre-Insulated PPR system, Aqua Plus Prins, was awarded, occupying the first position, in the Made in Greece competition, as the most innovative product of Greek production for the period 2018-2019.
Basic Advantages Aqua Plus PRINS :
- Uniformly insulation by compact Polyurethane. The density is greater than 60Kgr /m3, according the EN 253.
- Universal filling of all the surfaces.
- Therefore avoided the liquefaction and the air trapping effects.
- High quality UPVC pipe, free of lead, with stabilization to sunlight (UV protection), self-extinguishing and smoke suppressant, categorized in B1 specifications (no spreads the fire).
- Self-extinguishing material, no spreads the fire.
- The new pipe has lower linear expansions from copper (α=0,016 mm/m/C°).
- Lower linear thermal expansion by 40% compared to PP-R reinforced with fiberglass pipe.
- The excellent thermal insulation properties of polyurethane (λ=0,021 W/mK) have the effect of reducing losses by 41-58% compared to the classic requirements of the insulation (λ=0,04 W/mk).
